Benefit Customer Service Representative
Melynda, a Washington State native, ventured south to Las Vegas in 1995 where she attended UNLV for International Business. She is an Army wife, a mother, and a Cub Scout Leader for her son’s, Webelos, den. When Melynda is not planning adventures for her den, she is at the FreedomCare call center providing sterling customer service to benefits enrollers. She assists employees with the enrollment process and ensures they are well-informed about the products available to them and the best way to meet their needs.
